VENUS DE ESQUILINO.La escultura original en mármol blanco fue realizada a mediados del s. I a.C y se conserva en el edificio Centrale Montemartini de los Museos Capitolinos (Roma). Procede de los Jardines Lamianos de la colina Esquilina y fue encontrada en 1874.Venus of the Esquilinus.The original white marble sculpture was made in the midst of 1st century A.C. and is located in the building 'Centrale Montemartini', that belongs to the Capitoline Museums (Rome). It comes from the Lamianos gardens in the Esquiline hill and was discovered in 1874.
